Local Day Trips
- Within 24 hours of purchase – Fully refundable (direct bookings only)
- Tickets are not refundable 24 hours after purchase (direct bookings only)
- 7 Days prior to departure – Unlimited reschedules or hold credit indefinitely (direct bookings only)
- Within 7 days prior to departure – Not eligible for reschedules or holding credit unless you have purchased Trip Protection (direct bookings only)
- No refunds or reschedules for missing the bus or no-shows
- Bus only fares are non-cancellable and non-transferrable
All New York day trips will now automatically include Flexible Cancellation. This means for all ticket local day trip tickets you are eligible for a unlimited reschedules for any reason up to 7 days prior to departure, hassle free. Please note that our Flexible Reschedule policy does not mean you can get a refund anytime but you are able to reschedule or hold credit for any reason up to 7 days prior to your trip date. Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to help you out.
We recommend purchasing Trip Protection during checkout for additional flexibility. With Trip Protection (additional $9.99 per ticket) you will be eligible to reschedule or hold credit for your trip as long as you let us know at least one business day prior to your departure.
If you no-show or miss the bus you will still be charged. Remember to give yourself plenty of time to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure time. In order to ensure a good experience for everyone we cannot hold the bus for stragglers and are not able to issue refunds for no-shows.
Local day trips are nonrefundable. No full or partial refunds are given to customers who miss the event. In the event of a cancellation by the operator, your ticket will be fully refunded. Event subject to change/cancellation based on weather/river/snow level conditions. All trips run rain or shine; in the unlikely event of a cancellation you will be notified via email. Bus only or transportation only fares are non-cancellable. There are no reschedules or refunds for missing the bus or no-shows. Each ticket is good for one (1) person, unless specified otherwise. Trips involving alcohol are 21+ , valid ID required. All other trips are 18+. The deal is valid only for tickets on the date[s] of the event as listed and may not be exchanged or redeemed for any other dates. Provided transportation by Sourced Adventures is required; you may not drive yourself. Deposits are non-refundable. For local trips that are bookable with deposits the balance will be charged 10 days prior to departure. If booked within 10 days of departure the balance will be charged within 24 hours of booking.
What is Trip Protection?
Trip Protection covers one reschedule for any reason you may not be able to attend up until the business day prior to your trip departure. Trip Protection does not cover no-shows and applies only to one ticket at a time and direct bookings through our website.
It can only be purchased at the time of booking and not after you have booked. At this time Trip Protection can only be purchased for select local day trips, if you do not see it available to add-on in the booking flow then it is not available for your activity.

For all sales and promotional periods, promo codes may not be used in combination with any other offers. This includes gift cards purchased at a discount. Regular full priced gift card purchases may indeed be used with a promo code, however, this is only available over the phone. All promo codes have an expiration duration of 1 year.
Deposit is non-refundable. Sourced Adventures will provide 72-hour notice for any cancellation, closure or other extenuating circumstance that affects the experience agreed upon for our groups. In the event of a cancellation due to such an extenuating circumstance, as determined by Sourced Adventures, your ticket will be fully refunded. In the event of a cancellation by a third party partner of SA due to rowdy behavior or damage caused by THE CLIENT, SA shall not be liable to offer any refund and may declare all debts due and payable. THE CLIENT accepts the date(s) and pricing per person payable to SA in accordance to the details attached above. Trips are non-refundable and run rain, snow or shine. THE CLIENT accepts that all participants must sign an SA waiver and their third party partner’s waiver (when required) in order to participate on the trip (sourcedadventures.com/sign), as well as provide any requested information required for securing the necessary rental gear for the activity, if applicable.
