Is using the provided transportation required?

Yes, for any trip where transportation is included it is mandatory to use our provided transportation. Tickets will not be honored for anyone who does not comply with terms of transportation without approval.

What do I wear?

Please check the adventure details page for activity-specific recommendations or requirements on what to wear, but you should wear weather/activity appropriate clothing.

What skill level is required for your trips?

Unless noted otherwise, our trips are designed for people of all skill levels from first timers to experts. Please reference the adventure details page for more specifics.

What do I need to bring?

Your voucher (either electronic or paper copy), ID, credit/cash for food or snacks, weather appropriate clothing/gear, and your sense of adventure!

What if I missed the trip?

You will be placed on standby for the next available bus that day. If there is a no-show, we will happily accommodate you but keep in mind by purchasing a specific date and time you reserve a single seat on that specific bus so if you miss your bus we cannot guarantee another spot.

Where can I view the waiver?

The waiver is available for viewing or printing at www.sourcedadventures.com/waiver

What if I want to reschedule?

For day trips, there is a $35 change fee for any reschedules within the 10 day period prior to event date — Please note this is subject to availability. However, there are no reschedules 48 hours prior to your trip date.

For overnights, reschedules can only be made 30 days in advance of your trip date, within 30 days we do not allow reschedules for overnight trips.

What if I want a refund?

Unfortunately our trips are non-refundable.
