Join us for an amazing 5-day Tulum Adventure for two to the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico! Tulum Ruins, Zipline, Cliff Jumping and Dolphin swims help make this an unforgettable and unconventional way to explore the Riveria Maya.
Start the trip by checking into your double occupancy room at Hotel Aventura Mexicana, one of the regions’ most renowned boutique hotels. On the first night you’ll enjoy a margarita on us as you meet your SA guide. If you’ve got the energy, take advantage of the Aventura’s prime location in the heart of Playa del Carmen and head out to explore this bustling beach town’s night life.
Enjoy your hot breakfast served in the on-site bistro before heading out on on your first full day with our Tulum & Jungle Maya Excursion. On your fully guided day, you’ll explore the spectacular Mayan Ruins on cliffs overlooking the beach at Tulum and learn about the Mayan Empire. Following the tour, take a dip in the ocean and look up at the ruins on the cliff above you. After the ruins, we’ll head inland for a chance to repel into and swim in underground caves (called ‘cenotes’). We’ll also zip line through the jungle canopy, learn about Mayan religions and enjoy a traditional Mayan lunch. Oh, we’ll also get a chance to take a military 4×4 through the jungle… we’ve seen leopards here!
After an action packed start, you can head to Xel-Ha for a more relaxing day. There you’ll swim with Dolphins and get a chance to learn about the biology and conservation of these amazing creatures. After that, the day is your own – float down the Lazy River, Snorkel, Cliff Jump or enjoy one of the other many other activities Xel-Ha offers. If you get hungry or thirsty, stop by one of the ecopark’s all-inclusive bars or restaurants!
If you still have the energy, join us on an optional excursion on Saturday morning to go snorkeling while the water is still calm. Enjoy an amazing morning while snorkeling through the Riviera Maya’s gorgeous reefs before enjoying a meal and open bar.
